Frequently asked questions
Are tours appropriate for families and smaller children?
Our tours are suitable for everyone! Each tour will indicate whether it is family-friendly or if it requires a higher skill level. For smaller children, we offer 24'' and 26'' e-bikes, as well as add-ons like a child seat or a trailer to ensure a comfortable and safe ride for the whole family.
Do you have bikes suitable for people who have trouble getting on and off the bike?
Yes, for people who have trouble getting on/off the bike we have CUBE e-bikes with no middle bar or with low bar, these offer easy access to mount the bike. Ask for availability.
What happens if I overextend my rental period?
You can always extend your ride, we only ask to give us a heads-up. The additional charge is a difference between selected and next available rent duration, if it does not exceed it.
Example 1: I rented a bike for 4 hours, but i ended up keeping it for 6 hours. You will pay a 5eur difference. 10 eur was charged and paid for 2 hours, 6 hours cost 15 eur, so 5 eur difference.
Example 2: I rented the bike for 2 hours, but ended up keeping it for 3 hours. 3 eur will be charged, which is the difference between 10 eur and 13 eur (4 hour rent).
Does helmets and locks costs extra?
No, helmets and locks are provided and are included with the rent.
Any extra equipment like phone holders can be purchased in our shop to keep, but they are not included in the price.
What do I do if something unexpected happened with the bike and I can't proceed with my ride?
In case of a flat tire, broken chain or any other kind of usual wear of the bike, call the number on the bike and one of our experts will come to your location and swap the bike. Your rental period will extend for the wait duration.
Please note that we can only provide assistance within the approximately 30km of Bled. If you plan to take the bikes anywhere further or even outside of Slovenia, note that you're not covered with our assistance, you need to plan accordingly and provide yourself with proper equipment for a quick fix, which can be purchased at our shop.
I want to add my own equipment on the bike, can I do so?
Yes, if you'd like to add your own for example clip-ons or pannier or phone holder you can do so, if you're planning a longer tour our bike expert will help you install everything on to ensure a safe ride.
I've broken the bike because of misuse, do I need to pay for a new bike?
You will be provided with a new bike, but will be charged for spare parts required to fix the bike according to our price list.
I want to have fun and explore the nature wonders that Triglav national park has to offer, where do I go?
